Returns
I want the customers to be fully satisfied with the products. You have 14 days from the received date to take advantage of the policy. Please don’t hesitate to contact us – contact@paolinatural.com ,if you are having issues receiving your order or with the product itself. I will try my best to handle any concerns you may have.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please let us know if the items came damaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Can i exchange an item?
Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we cannot exchange items. However, you are welcome to return an unwanted item to us, for which you will then receive a refund. Then you can place a new order with the desired item.
My order broke in transit!
Although we take every care to package our pots safely for transit, this does happen from time to time, and it’s always heartbreaking. Get in touch and send them back to us. When we receive them, we’ll reimburse you for the cost of delivery and send you some new pots ASAP.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Widholzgasse 4/39, 1110 Wien, Austria
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We’re happy to provide free delivery on orders over 50 Euro.
In addition to the stated prices we charge for delivery per order as follows:
- The shipping costs within Austria are 4,30 Euro.
- The flat rate for shipping outside Austria for EU countries is 8,30 Euro.
- The flat rate for shipping outside EU will be updated during checkout
- The shipping costs will be listed in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Delivery
Delivery Time is 3-4 business days in Austria. Outside Austria within EU is the delivery time 4-5 business days.
Payment types
We offer you the following payment types. Simply browse the list for the best payment type for you. Retention of titleThe vendor retains the title of the goods supplied until such time as full payment has been made.
PayPal
The fastest and safest way to pay is with your PayPal account.
Prepayment/Bank transfer
Please transfer the total amount of your order to our account, stating the order number. You will find our bank details in the order confirmation email/invoice.
Other taxes (e.g. those applicable to intra-Community purchases) and/or duties (e.g. customs duty) are only incurred in connection with cross-border transactions and are payable to the respective customs and/or tax authorities and not the vendor. The costs of shipping and delivery are not included in the purchase price and can be viewed on the „Shipping costs“ page. They are indicated separately during the order process and to be paid by you in addition to the purchase price.
